News:

10/13/03 - I've shutdown the ftp server until further notice. Due to bandwidth restrictions on my internet connection, I can no longer provide this service.

6/1/03 - I've added a bunch of new concerts to my ftp site. There is now about 40 Gb of music available for download.

5/28/03 - There have been several problems with people using automated ftp programs which abuse the server. Even though I set a limit of two connections per IP address, some programs continuously try to login to the ftp server. I've seen as much as 40000 failed login attempts from a single IP address. Because of these problems, I've made a policy where anyone who tries to connect more than 1000 times in a week will be banned.

8/24/02 - I've setup my ftp site temporarily at my home machine.

8/21/02 - After a long hiatus, livemp3s.net is back up. I will be putting up links to mp3s soon.

Technical Details:

This site is run on a virtual linux server provided by the hosting company Digisurf. The ftp server is run on my home machine.
